ST. LOUIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Core & Main, Inc. (NYSE: CNM) (together with its subsidiaries, “Core & Main”), a leading specialized distributor of water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products, and related services, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of CES Industrial Piping Supply, a full service provider of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) products and services, based in Kansas City, Missouri.

“A full service provider like CES Industrial Piping aligns to the dependable expertise that we offer in fusible HDPE. This is a growing area for us. Core & Main’s chief executive officer, Steve LeClair said that the Kansas City team offers a one-stop shop to purchase HDPE products, fabricate and install, giving customers confidence when adopting a new product.

Core & Main currently services the Kansas City area from its Blue Springs, Missouri, and Olathe (Kansas) locations.
