Phoenix, AZ, September 15, 2021 –(PR.com)– Morris Hall, PLLC (MH), the largest estate planning law firm in Arizona, is pleased to announce that Andrea L. Claus was brought on as an equity partner on Sept. 7, 2021.
Andrea was a law clerk at MH while she was in law school and then continued her work as an attorney once she became licensed.
“She demonstrated exemplary competence, compassion, and diligence while working at the firm,” commented Senior Partner Tim Hall. “Andrea is a credit to the profession and a great counselor and attorney. We are as excited as she is for this great union and the even brighter future of the firm.”
Andrea has shown herself to be an integral part of the Phoenix community. Morris Hall is able to draw on her compassion and years of experience to help her clients, as well as expand to serve even more Arizonans.
Andrea was born in rural Minnesota but has lived in Arizona for many years. Summa Cum Laude was her graduate Summa Cum Laude, who received her bachelor’s from Arizona State University. She also received her law degree from the Phoenix School of Law. There she was an editor and contributor to the Phoenix Law Review.
Andrea has a wide range of areas of expertise, including estate planning, probate trust administration, charitable planning, and succession planning. She is genuinely concerned about her clients and uses a holistic approach to estate planning.

Andrea and her husband have three beautiful daughters and enjoy the outdoors. Andrea is active in the philanthropic and legal communities. Andrea was a two-term member of United Methodist Outreach Ministries’ Board of Directors (UMOM) and previously served on the Professional Advisors Council for Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center. She is also a member of HonorHealth’s Financial Health Advisory Council, sits on the Board of Directors for Arizona Humane Society, chairs its Planned Giving Committee, and serves as the Board of Directors for Arizona’s Planned Giving Roundtable of Arizona.
Andrea will have her primary office in Phoenix but will also be available at all Morris Hall locations in Arizona.
